We get to take over the Little Green Corner kitchen and have a fun evening of bread making (you’ll mix up a loaf of your own), bread tasting, divine dinner eating and local wine drinking.
We’ll spend from 6-8pm on Wednesday 18th of May, chatting about sourdough starter and sourdough bread. I’ll show you two different techniques of baking it. You’ll mix up your own loaf to take home and bake. You’ll also receive your own sourdough starter with instructions to take home.
It’s a fabulously full evening, filled with deliciousness!
That’s $80 for bread making, dinner, wine and my sourdough ebook and access to the Sourdough Starters Facebook group.
On the evening you’ll need to bring along a bowl that’ll fit about 1L of water in it, some kitchen scales and something to cover your bowl with (a tea towel or elastic bowl cover).
You will receive the ebook once you have checked out, and it has a 3 time download limit (but do let me know if you have any trouble with it).
