Sourdough Waffles

  • 2½ cups SR Flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1½ cups warm milk
  • 120g butter melted
  • 2 eggs room temp
  • ⅓ cup of bubbly sourdough starter
  1. Whisk together melted butter, warm milk, eggs, sourdough starter and brown sugar.
  2. Add flour and salt and stir until well combined.
  3. Let sit for minimum of one hour.
  4. Cook in pan or waffle iron until browned and cooked through.
