Blueberry Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp LSA
  • ⅓ cup yoghurt
  • A handful of blueberries
  1. Mix all ingredients together except the blueberries.
  2. Put half your oat mix into your vessel of choice, add a layer of blueberries, then the rest of your oat mix and some more blueberries on top.
  3. Cover and place in fridge over night.
