Moroccan Carrot Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 cloves of roasted garlic
  • 3 large carrots, peeled and chopped into large pieces
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Sea salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Boil carrots until very soft.
  2. Drain well, return to hot, dry pan to dry carrots further.
  3. Add carrots to food processor, with all remaining ingredients.
  4. Cool and serve.
