Chocolate Beetroot Cake

Ingredients
  • 140 gm butter
  • 340 gm cooked pureed beetroot
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • 1½ cups plain flour
  • 1¾ cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180*C
  2. Grease and line an 8 inch spring form tin.
  3. Melt butter in large sauce pan.
  4. Stir in all other ingredients until well combined.
  5. Pour mix into tin.
  6. Bake for 30-40 mins until cake is firm around the outside but still soft in the middle.
